Connie Burton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from MarymountCollege in New York. Her 15 years of professional design experience include working as a designer for one of the New York metropolitan area’s most established and high-profile Interior Design firms (Nyack, NY). Having mastered the skills necessary to create tasteful design, Connie expanded her knowledge of new construction as the project coordinator for a successful architectural (design build) firm in Far Hills, NJ.
Earlier in her career, Connie acted as a purchasing agent for hospitality/hotel design (Scarsdale, NY). Her responsibilities consisted of obtaining the most competitive prices for her clients, a skill which still benefits her clients to this day. Her diverse background provides clients with a range of services including: creating a realistic budget, developing original design that is personalized to the client’s needs and preferences, and expediting orders and installations in a timely manner.
Burton Interiors works on jobs of all sizes, including but not limited to space planning, window treatments, furnishings, fabrics, flooring, custom built-ins, decorative painting, lighting and accessories as well as paint color consultation.A completed design project is a culmination of the basic needs and desires of the client, the location and history of the residence and the vision of the designer, truly making each job a unique experience.
